Rethinking Workplace

Over 6,000 people work at Winnersh Triangle and we value the experience of everyone. We deliver environments that strengthen connections between people and the places they work, visit and play.
2020 & 2021:
New boulevards and pathways
Improved landscaping, boulevards and pathways are being installed across the park, connecting buildings with amenities and creating more outdoor seating and meeting space.
2020:
Outdoor meeting pods
Partially covered tables and benches are being installed in various locations around the park, with wifi to allow for more flexible working and agile meetings.
Sports Hub, Sports Pitches, Wellness Studio And Event Space
All weather, multi-purposes sports pitches with wellness studio and event space will be building in Q1 2021. Winnersh Triangle occupiers will have exclusive use.

The Exchange - for agile working
The Exchange is a new collaborative space that promotes The Exchange of ideas, it will have private meeting pods, flexible working areas, hot desk facilities and areas for informal meetings. Coming to Building 1000.

New cycle hub
A new and secure area for bike storage with lockers and showers. Giving employees greener, more sustainable choices for how they travel to work.
2020:
Garden allotments
New garden allotments for everyone to use will create areas for people to enjoy a hobby whilst at work or for Winnersh Triangle amenities to grow their very own produce on site.
Two new cafes
Two new cafes are being fitted in buildings 220 and 1180 allowing other areas of the park quick and easy access to Gather & Gather cafes. Breakfast and lunch will be served, alongside all of the usual snacks and refreshments.
Upgraded arrival experience and transport connections
Improvements to how people arrive at Winnersh Triangle are underway. This includes walking from the station over the footbridge, an expanded park & ride and a new layout for buses and cars coming in and out of the station.
