After a successful year of putting occupiers through their paces in boot camp at Winnersh Triangle, Kev Waite, an experienced fitness instructor, has expanded his workout offering to personal training.

The recently launched fitness sessions can be tailored to suit individual needs and can focus on weight loss, muscle definition, strength training, competition training, injury rehab, general fitness, flexibility and nutritional advice. There really is something for everyone, with appointments available on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, and suitable for all types of abilities, including beginners.

“Along with making sure my clients work out to a suitable level, I make every session different to keep things varied and fun,” Kev said. “I also enjoy having a good chat with my clients to make them feel at ease… only if they work hard of course!”

Armed with a whole host of equipment, Kev can be extremely flexible with his diary and will do his best to work around client’s busy lives.

Occupiers that have already taken up classes with Kev have been thrilled with the results. One commented: “I’ve been having one-to-one PT sessions with Kev for six months now and I’ve dropped two dress sizes! I generally feel stronger and healthier too, so thank you Kev!”
