Activities at Winnersh Triangle this month were aimed at beating the January blues. The popular events calendar was filled with a host of fitness and feel-good activities to help occupiers achieve their wellbeing goals and aspirations.

Across the business park, at either lunchtime or after the working day was over, occupiers burnt some serious calories at boot camp or improved their core strength and flexibility at Pilates or in yoga and meditation classes.

For those who were looking to focus on their wellbeing, remedial massage to relieve muscle tension and treat sports injuries, as well as a chiropractic clinic to ease back, neck and shoulder pain and postural discomfort, proved popular. Meanwhile, Reflexology helped to reduce stress and improve energy levels.

January has been a great time to try something new at the Park with special deals being offered to occupiers on many of the activities. The Holiday Inn at the Park was also keen to support the January fitness drive giving new members signing up to its Esprit Club discounted gym membership, and offering ‘buy one get one half price’ on Dermalogica spa treatments.  Add the healthy and nutritious salads being served in the Gather & Gather café and there is no excuse to break that New Year, New Me resolution at Winnersh Triangle!
