Winnersh Triangle business park has recently welcomed a world-leading distributor of plumbing and heating products, adding to its significant portfolio of occupiers.

Ferguson plc’s Group Services office has relocated from Arlington Business Park, Theale, to join other international neighbours – including Grant Thornton, Atos and Qlik – in one of Winnersh Triangle’s prime buildings, 1020 Eskdale Road.

The lease on 9,311 sq ft on the first floor of 1020 supports Winnersh Triangle’s reputation as an employment hub for key companies in the Thames Valley. 

Ferguson’s arrival follows the recent expansion of the US healthcare firm BD; Japanese industrial hardware firm, Sugatsune; and leading German engineering and services provider, Bilfinger.
