Improving strength, balance and flexibility while relaxing the body and calming the mind is proving a winning combination for employees at Winnersh Triangle.
Yoga and meditation are part of a rolling programme of events arranged by Winnersh Triangle manager PATRIZIA UK for the wellbeing and enjoyment of those working at the business park.
The weekly sessions are led by Chris, a classical yoga school trained instructor (REPs Level 3) with five years’ teaching experience. They take place each Wednesday evening 17.15 – 18.15.
Commenting on the sessions, one attendee from Winnersh Triangle said: "Yoga with Chris is the most relaxing and rewarding part of my week. Her easy manner, bright welcome and gentle voice quickly relaxes you, and the high quality of her teaching is evident from her knowledge of yoga and the body. Chris started yoga 12 years ago, and shared her experience and appreciation of the practice: “I was hooked from the outset by the instant rejuvenating benefits of yoga. After suffering with side effects from standard medicine, I sought out alternative ways to heal and balance the body and was astonished by the positive impact that yoga had on me.”
