Pilates sessions are among the ongoing and wide-ranging series of events organised by Winnersh Triangle manager PATRIZIA UK for the benefit of its occupier community at the business park.
Pilates is known to help participants improve core strength and flexibility, and ease stress. The sessions have been boosting the wellbeing of people at Winnersh Triangle for the past few years.
They are led by qualified Pilates instructor and personal fitness trainer Barbara Bradbury from Shaping Up for Life, who has six years’ experience and holds Level 3 Pilates and personal fitness certificates.
Barbara has a passion for feeling good through natural and holistic means, and discovered Pilates after suffering from lower back problems herself. She began instructing the wellbeing exercises as part of her holistic approach – she is also a qualified Natural Nutritionist and Life Coach.
The 40-minute lunchtime sessions take place twice a week at 1pm every Tuesday and Thursday in The Venue, Winnersh Triangle’s event space. For more information and to book, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
