  • Facilities - between 350 - 450 meals are served in the restaurant daily, with around 200-250 conferences hosted each year. The hotel handles 15,000kg of laundry monthly and between 15,000-20,000 bottles of wine are sold throughout the year

Gather & Gather

  • Food - around 120 muffins are served every month, 3,000kg of cucumbers and 3,500kg of onions are used in a year. The 'Hot Pot' is the best lunchtime seller, and Gather & Gather sells around 500 a month
  • Drink - 1,600 coffees are served every month, with over 25kg of coffee beans used to make them every week.
